Shadow Soldier - Locations & List Of Weapon Drops
Shadow Soldier Locations List
Available Pristine Weapons
Requires Destroying The Original Decayed Weapon First
In order to obtain the Pristine (non-decayed) Weapons, it is necessary to destroy the decayed weapons once, which are obtained mainly from the Surface. For example, destroying the Royal Broadsword obtained from the Surface allows you to obtain a non-decayed Royal Broadsword from a Shadow Soldier.
Weapon Types & Weapons Are Predetermined For Each Statue
The weapon type and specific weapon that can be acquired are predetermined for each Shadow Soldier on the map. However, there are Shadow Soldiers that do not offer the Royal Broadsword or Royal Guard's Sword even if they are Sword statues. Refer to the map tool to find the right one!
How Shadow Soldiers Respawn & How To Reroll
Shadow Soldier Will Respawn During Blood-Stained Moons
The Shadow Soldier will respawn when the Blood-stained Moon occurs. This means you can repeatedly obtain the Pristine Weapons you want during the Blood Moons. The Blood Moon event occurs at 12:00AM after 7 days in-game time.

- Save the game at a location where the Shadow Soldier is not visible
- Get the weapon from the Shadow Soldier and Load til you get the desired weapon
Save At A Location Where The Shadow Soldier Is Not Visible
To reroll the Shadow Soldier's weapon, you need to save in a situation where the Shadow Soldier is not visible. The Shadow Soldiers are usually placed on a pile of stones, so it is best to save where only the pile of stones can be seen from a distance.
▼ Shadow Soldier is visible when you get somewhat close to it
The Shadow Soldier will be visible when you get close to it. If there is a weapon you aim for, find a save location carefully because it may be visible at a greater distance than expected.
If It Is Not The Weapon You Are Looking For, Load It
If you do not get the weapon you are looking for from Shadow Soldier, you can reroll it by loading the data you just saved. However, there is a possibility that you may have passed through the area where the statue is visible without noticing it, and the weapon is determined at that time.
▼ Still get the weapon even it is determined
If the Shadow Soldier's weapon is determined after rerolling, you can reset the weapon by obtaining it once and then waiting for a Blood-stained moon.
▼ No need to reroll additional effects
Pristine Weapons have additional effects, but these effects can be rerolled later using Rock Octorok. Therefore, you only need to obtain the weapons you want from the Shadow Soldier.
Rock Octorok Locations & How To Repair Weapons GuideWhat Is Shadow Soldier?
A Shadow Soldier Holding A Weapon In The Depths
A Shadow Soldier is a shadow of a soldier on a rock in the Depths. Every Shadow Soldier on the map stands with a weapon, and you can obtain that weapon by approaching it.
Can Get Pristine Weapons
Pristine (Non-decayed) Weapons are available from Shadow Soldiers. The non-decayed weapons have higher attack power and durability than the weapons of the same name available from the Surface and other locations. However, only a part of weapons have non-decayed version.
