Route To Rospro Pass Skyview Tower
There are two ways to reach Rospro Pass Skyview Tower: by taking the shortcut with Paraglider from Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower, or by taking a detour by land. Either route on the above image will bring you to the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower.
To reach Rospro Pass Skyview Tower, it is best to have Cold Resistance due to the snowy mountains you must traverse. While food can help, obtaining Cold-Resistant Armor would eliminate any concerns about the cold. It is highly recommended to obtain Cold-Resistant Armor if possible.

Detailed Location
Archaic Warm Greaves can be obtained from a treasure chest on a large stump near the Gutanbac Shrine on Great Sky Island. Connect two crates from the ruins to the east of the shrine so that you can climb up.
Start from Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower, fly by Paraglider to the opposite shore (Area circled in blue in the above image).

Once you land, head west and follow the snowy road.

After a while, you will come to a fork in the road, take the right path at the fork for a shortcut, even if it's steep.

When you see the Skyview Tower, simply continue toward it. The last step is to climb the cliff to the goal.
How To Unlock Rospro Pass Skyview Tower
Burn The Thorns Using Arrows With Fire Fruit
The Rospro Pass Skyview Tower is surrounded by thorns, which can be burned off by shooting Arrows with Fire Fruit. To set Fire Fruit on the Arrow, press the ZR button while holding the Bow and press Up on the D-Pad to select Fire Fruit.
