Complete Camera Work In The Depths Quest

Work In The Depths Quest

To unlock the camera, you need to complete the Camera Work in the Depths quest first. This is a challenge where you can unlock once you reached the surface so it is recommended to do it earlier.

    Talk to Robbie at Lookout Landing
  2. 大穴
    Enter the Hyrule Field Chasm
  3. オニシオジの根
    Activate the lightroot nearby
  4. イヤスス
    Head for another lightroot to the west
  5. ロベリー
    Camera feature gets unlocked after talking to Robbie near the second lightroot

Camera - How To Use & Tips

Hold 'L' Button To Select Camera

Camera

You can use the camera by holding the 'L' button then select the camera icon. With this feature, you can take pictures whenever you like.

Take A Selfie With 'X' Button

Selfie

As you use the camera, you can take a self-portrait by pressing the 'X' button. This allows you to take pictures of Link with the background of the area where you are currently located.

Change Pose With Left Stick

Pose

Pressing any direction button of the left stick makes Link pose in different ways. Choose a pose according to your preference.

What Is Camera?

Photo

The camera lets you take a photo of the area and Link. You can save the photos taken on the album so you can look at it again whenever you like.

Register Photos In Hyrule Compendium

Hyrule Compendium

If you take photos with subjects such as creatures and monsters, the photos can be registered in Hyrule Compendium. This feature is not involved in quests so it is okay to think of this as a collection instead.
