Ore + Magic Rod

The Magic Rod is an exceptional elemental weapon that boosts the power of Ores possessing "ice," "fire," "lightning," and "water" elements. Sapphire+Magic Rod is especially recommended because it can instantly freeze a wide area in front of it. Please note that the combination with Diamond has no effect.

Elemental Keese Eyeballs Can Track Targets

Eyeball Materials can track and target enemies. Ice Keese Eyeballs are especially powerful, launching elemental attacks while homing in on targets. Useful in unexpected combat situations.

Melee Weapons Have A Limited Range But High Attack

Fuse Elemental Materials onto Melee Weapons for high-powered Elemental Attacks with higher base attack power than Magic Rod. Use materials from Gleeok, Frost Talus, or Igneo Talus to create a weapon with both attack power and elemental properties.

Fire-Elemental Effects

Burn Objects / Enemies

The fire effect generated by Fire Fruit or other things can burn enemies and objects. It has various uses, such as burning thorns blocking the way, burning grass to generate updrafts, and burning enemies to inflict damage.

If you use Water or Ice Attacks directly at the lava, the lava will be solidified into the slabs of stone. This also allows you to create Scaffoldings or Materials for Fuse.

It has the effect of expanding the lightning attack. The lightning against a non-wet or non-frozen enemy will only attack that enemy, but a lightning attack on a wet enemy will expand the range.

Create Ice Slabs To Walk On The Water

When you use an ice attack on the water, it creates thick ice slabs, which can be used as Fuse materials or to move on the water. Remember that the ice slabs you create will melt over time, so you can't stay on them forever.

Provides Heat Resistance With Ice Weapons

Simply carrying an Ice-elemental weapon will provide you the Heat Resistance. Heat-Resistant Materials can be especially useful for traveling in Gerudo, as they are hard to find in the early game.

Can Also Extinguish Fire and Spread Lightning

The Ice Attacks also can extinguish a fire and expand Lightning Attacks. Unlike Water Attacks, however, the enemy will be frozen with the weapon, so the lightning attack cannot drop the weapon.
