Attach A Fan And Move Along The Rails
To move the Mine Cart, you will need the rails installed on the map and the Zonai Device, Zonai Fan. After attaching the fan with the Ultrahand, get on the Mine Cart and try moving by hitting the fan to start it up. If a cyclone machine is not nearby, you will need to obtain it from the Device Dispenser.

Attach A Hook To The Mine Cart And Move It With Just One Rail
If there is a broken rail on one side similar to the one in Great Sky Island, it is possible to move by attaching a hook to the Mine Cart using the Ultrahand.
