Recommended Route
- Speak to Penn, and receive "The Beckoning Woman".
At the bottom of the tree at the 3 way intersection southeast, speak to Ralera.
Follow the road east and speak to Ralera. 
Climb up the cliff and speak to Ralera.
Fly to the other cliff and speak to Ralera.
Fight the Yiga Clan.
