How To Recover Hearts / Health

Eating Food Is Efficient

Recovery Food can be obtained by adding recovery materials in Pots and fires. In some cases, the amount of recovery depends on the combination, and additional effects can be added, such as Cold Resistance and Stamina Wheel recovery. Even if only one material is used, the amount of recovery will simply increase, so although it takes more time and effort, it is recommended.

Avoid Eating Recovery Materials As Much As Possible

Recovery Materials can also restore Hearts by eating them as they are. However, the amount of recovery is small and a large amount must be eaten to recover multiple Hearts. It is more efficient after they are turned into Food because they give better effects.

Complete Shrines

Whenever completing a Shrine, hearts will be completely restored. It cannot be used as a normal recovery method, but it allows you to save recovery items in case there is a battle in the shrine. In the shrine, it is advisable to refrain from using recovery items unless you are about to die.

Use The Fairy

Fairy is an item that automatically restores and revives Hearts when you lose power. It can also be used as a recovery item! It is available in a limited number of places so avoid wasting it.

Example of Fairy Location

Take A Bath In Hot Springs

Hearts can be recovered by taking a bath in the hot springs on Death Mountain. Since there are only a limited number of hot springs, it is not expected to be a means of recovery. If you happen to pass by a hot spring and find that your Hearts are low, you can restore them.

How To Increase Number Of Hearts

Offer The Light Of Blessing To The Goddess Statue

The main way to increase the maximum number of Hearts is to offer the Goddess Statue the Lights of Blessing, which can be obtained by completing shrines. Complete the shrines throughout the region and bring them to the Goddess Statue.

Heart Container And Stamina Vessel - How To Increase & Which One To Get

Heart Container Can Be Increased By Defeating Bosses

Heart Containers can also be increased by defeating the bosses in the Main Quests temple. If you are using Light of Blessing for Stamina Vessel, this is another way to increase the maximum value.
