The Depths is dark so it is required to use "Brightbloom Seeds". If you want to go on a full exploration, it is recommended to carry at least 100 of them. Also if you attach them on arrows, then you can shoot them at the higher places and light up the areas.

Increase Luminous Levels With Weapons, Armor And Foods

Other than Brightbloom Seeds, you can increase the Luminous Level with Armors and Foods to light up your way to make your exploration easier. Also if you have Flame type weapons then your Luminous level will be 1, so it might be great to have one with you.

"Riju"s Power Is Also Recommended

By using Riju's Skill, it will create a Lightning Field which will make it easier to search the Depths. Riju will be added to your party after completing "Riju of Gerudo Town".
