Farosh - Spawn Location

Farosh Location Route

Time Required Per LapApproximately 30 minutes (Real time)

There Is No Fixed Place & Time Of Appearance

Farosh is endlessly circling the above route. Unlike in previous titles, Farosh does not appear at a fixed time in a specific location. Its location also does not change even if you skip time by using a bonfire or at an inn.

There Are No Conditions That Have To Be Met

There are no conditions that you need to clear to meet Farosh, and you can immediately meet them from the beginning. If you release the Skyview Tower near the route, you can easily find them by simply waiting for them.

Look For It By Driving Backwards

If you search the skies above using the above circular route image as a reference, you will run into them at some point in the sky. It is recommended to first fly from the Skyview Tower at the Surface to find the route, and if not, fly from the next Skyview Tower to find it.

It Is Safer To Use Shock Resistance

Electric balls are flying around Farosh and sometimes will attack Link. If you are hit, you will become stunned and blow up, so it is recommended to use Lightning Proof equipment and Shock Resistance medicine to prevent this.

How To Collect Farosh Materials

Materials Can Be Obtained By Attacking Each Part Of The Body

HeadMouthHandBodyBack
HornShard of FangClawScaleShard of Spike

Dragon Materials can be obtained by attacking each part of the dragon while riding it. The corresponding parts and materials are as shown above, so you should change the part you attack depending on the dragon material you want.

Pieces Of Claws & Fangs Can Be Obtained By Attacking With Bow & Arrows

Since the mouth and hands are difficult to attack, it is recommended to use Bows and Arrows. If it is difficult to aim well, you can jump down for a moment and use the Bow to attack it easily.

▼ If you pick up a shiny lost object, you can get a piece of a claw or fang

When you attack a part of the body, a shiny item will drop, and you can get various Materials by picking it up. If you attack the mouth or hand, be sure to pick it up after the attack because it will fall to the ground if you do not pick it up for a while.

Materials Other Than The Dragon Rock Are Restored Once Every 10 Minutes

When AvailableWhen Unavailable

Once you attack and drop Materials, the light goes out, and while the light is out, attacking does not drop Materials. After 10 minutes in real time (10 hours in the game), the light shines again and Materials can be taken, so you can collect multiple Materials if you keep riding.

Only The Dragon Stone Does Not Revive While Near The Dragon

You can pick up the Dragon Rock from around the corner of the dragon's back, but unlike other Materials, Dragon Rock will not be revived while you are near the dragon. Therefore, if you want to get a Dragon Rock, move to another location once you have picked up all of them.
