In The Beginning, Try To Mass Produce Energizing Elixir

There are many opportunities to use the Stamina Wheel for running, paragliding, and cliff climbing. Since the Stamina Wheel is not that large at the beginning of the game, it is recommended to mass produce Energizing Elixir so that you can recover quickly at any time.

tipsTips!!Food can be eaten at any time by opening the Inventory screen, so if you run out of Stamina while cliff climbing, drink it before you fall.

Stamina Food Increases The Gauge

Food with the name "Stamina" has the effect of recovering the entire Stamina Wheel. The more Stamina Wheel you have, the greater the benefit, so it is recommended that you mainly make Stamina Food when your gauge increases.

By eating Stamina Food, the Stamina Wheel can be recovered instantly. It is recommended to use it when you are climbing a cliff and cannot wait for the recovery time to pass.

Open The Inventory To Avoid Running Out Of Stamina

If you can open the Inventory screen, you can eat Food and recovery at any time. If you are prepared, you can get over a pinch, so keep this is mind.

tipsTips!!when climbing a cliff, pressing the X button just before Stamina runs out will cause a big jump, and by opening the Inventory, and eating Stamina Food resume climbing while gaining distance.

Possible Even During Bow Slow Or Paraglider

It is possible to open Inventory and recover during Bow Slow Motion and Paragliding, which are common scenes that consume Stamina, so it is recommended to learn this small technique.
