The Quest Giver Traysi, is located in Lucky Clover Gazette, east of Rito Village. When you get the challenge then go outside and speak to Penn and then you can activate the challenges that follow it.
Activate 12 Side Adventures
When you activate this challenge, it will activate Stable challenges in several locations. Once you complete all the challenges and speak to Traysi, then you will receive the Froggy Hood.

Recommended Route
Speak to Penn, and receive "The Beckoning Woman".
Speak to Ralera who is located under the tree of three way intersection in the southeast.
Head east following the road and speak to Ralera.
Climb up the cliff and speak to Ralera.
Fly to the other side cliff and speak to Ralera. 
Battle with Yiga Clan.

Speak to Penn and receive "Gourmets Gone Missing".
Speak to Gotter.
Head to other side of river and find the tent.
Cook a Meat and Rice Bowl with Raw Meat, Hylian Rice, and Rock Salt.
Speak to the person at the camp and feed them Meat and Rice Bowl.

Head to Riverside Stable located in Faron.
Speak to Cima who is located in the north of the other shore.

Speak to Penn, and receive "The Missing Farm Tools".
Speak to Izra.
Attach a Control Stick, Fan, and Battery to the raft with Ultrahand.
speak to Izra and have them ride the raft.
Control the raft and head to sandbank of flowers.

Speak to Penn and receive "The All-Clucking Cucco".
Speak to Cucco.
Within 45 seconds, reach the top of the stable.
Within 90 seconds, bring 3 logs to the Cuccos.
Battle against Yiga Clan.
Zelda's Golden Horse

Recommended Route
Speak to Penn, and receive "Princess Zelda Kidnapped?!".
Speak to Harlow.
Head north-northwest from the stable and find the Golden Horse.
Ride the horse from behind and tame the horse after riding it.
While riding the Golden Horse, speak to Harlow.
Speak to Penn and receive "Princess Zelda Kidnapped?!".
Head to the top of Dueling Peaks in the north.
Fly over to the south of Dueling Peaks.
Pick up the cage with Ultrahand. 
Battle with the Yiga Clan.
Use Ultrahand and attach wheels to the cart.
Speak to the Orchestra members and have them ride the cart.
Attach the harness to the horse and attach the cart with Ultrahand.
Control the horse and head over to Great Fairy. 
Speak to Penn and receive "The Blocked Well".
Enter the well behind Penn.
Destroy the rock blocking the way and progress forward.
Defeat 5 enemies in the back.
Speak to Penn at night and receive "An Eerie Voice".
Head to Penn and speak to him.
Head northwest where you hear the voice and enter the well.
Speak to Sagessa. 
Speak to Penn and receive "For Our Princess!".
Speak to Bougan.
Head to the northwest cave and speak to the people in front of the entrance.
Defeat all the enemies that are inside the cave.
Return to Foothill Stable and speak to Penn.
Speak to Penn and receive "White Goats Gone Missing".
Speak to Chork at the bottom of the nearby tree.
Follow the Hylian Pine Cones.
When you find the goat and bottle then complete.
