Inside Wind Temple

Be Prepared For Cold Resistance

Buying Clothes Is Recommended

The air above is Level 2 Cold, so you must wear Cold-Resistant Amor in two places. You can buy a body armor in Rito Village and equip with Archaic Warm Greaves. 500 Rupees is enough to buy a body armor.

Fire-Elemental Weapon Is Also An Option

Fuse Ores such as Ruby to craft a Fire-elemental weapon grants Cold-Resistance upon equipping.

Prepare More Bows and Arrows

The boss of Wind Temple, Colgera, will be easier to defeat if you have Bow and Arrow. Without multiple Arrows, it can be challenging to inflict damage, so it's recommended to have at least 20 Arrows.

Collect Falcon Bow On Your Way

On the way to the Temple with Tulin, a Bokolin with Bow drops "Falcon Bow". Be sure to collect it, as it is very useful in the boss fight.

Wind Temple Map & Key Locations

1st Key Activation

Location of 1st Key on the map

Ride the updraft in the center of the 1st floor to the high ground on the south side

Open the door with Ultrahand and go inside

Go down while opening and closing the Paraglider. Be careful of the sensors

Enter an open room

Apply Tulin's skills to a Cannon-type device with a Fan

2nd Key Activation

Take the fallen icicles to the broken lever with Ultrahand

Attach the icicle to the damaged part

Flip the lever in the opposite direction

Apply Tulin's skills to complete

3rd Key Activation & How To Trun The Cogwheel

Enter through the B1 floor window on the upper left outside of the ship's map

Go through the part without scaffold using Tulin's skill

Ascend to the upper level

Follow the road

Use the flat Rock as a Fan and send airflow with Tulin's skill to open it

Activate with Tulin's skill to complete it

4th Key Activation

Outside of the ship, enter from the B1 section in the lower right corner of the map

See where the ice covers and move on

Return the pulley with Recall and proceed

Drop the icicle with Arrows

Use Ultrahand to connect the icicle to the one not turning

Activate with Tulin's skill and complete it

5th Key Activation

Jumping from the circled area

Get down from this spot

Further down where the icicle is

Paragliding down to the wing part while checking below

The arched design is landmark

Fly with Paraglider to the landmark, and aim for the scaffold while accelerating with Tulin's skill

Defeat Construct and activate the windmill to complete it

Three Weak Points

Colgera has three weak points. The back side wea point is covered with Spikes. You can see purple cores covered with ice from the belly side, so attack them with Bows and Arrows to defeat Colgera.

Stomp Directly On The Weak Points

Attacking the weak point with a bow is effective, but it is possible to attack it by falling and stepping on the weak point. There is no need to give up even if you don't have a bow because you can plunge into the weak point that will be exposed when the spikes are fired.

It Takes Longer But Saves Your Items

It takes longer than Bows and Arrows because you must stomp it six times, but you can beat it without consuming weapons. If you want to save your weapons, you can also try to defeat Colgera only by stomping.

Fuse Keese Eyeball On Arrows

Fuse Keese Eyeball to arrows for improved accuracy in aerial battles, even if your aim is off. Give it a try!

Avoid Thrusting Attacks From Below With Tulin's Skill

Avoid the attack that thrusts up from below with Tulin's skill. After that, you will have a chance to attack again.

Tornado Attack When HP Falls Below Half

Once Colgera's HP reaches half, it will unleash five tornado attacks. To evade them, utilize Tulin's skill to quickly maneuver to the side. Apart from this move, the battle pattern remains unchanged.

Walkthrough To Reunite With Tulin

Meet Teba And The Quest Starts
Unlock the Shrine once you arrive at Rito Village There's always a Shrine in every village and town, so make a habit of it ▶Rito Village Guide: How To Go & Location
Talk to Teba at the lookout stand *Buy Snowquill Tunic (500 Rupees) at Armor Shop
From Rito Village, return to Lucky Clover Gazette and follow the road in the direction on your right Ride a Horse if you catch one
Go around Rito Village in a clockwise direction from Lucky Clover Gazette. This will take you halfway to get to the destination.
Once at the cabin, head for the cave Climb the ladder and move on
Follow the bonfire on the mountain path to reach the cave Unlock the Rospro Pass Skyview Tower on the way, making the Exploration easier
When you get to Hebra South Summit Cave, burn down the thorns in the cave The Arrow can be lit by approaching the fire while holding the Bow
Go to the back and Paraglide up the area with Updrafts Proceed through the hole that leads to the side while avoiding the thorns
When you come to the campfire site, light the campfire and use the Hylian Pine Cone to create an updraft to go up
Follow the path and find Gesane, who said that Tulin had gone outside Go outside and look for a giant tree
Reverse the rock with Recall and search for the giant tree from above Paraglider down to it once you find it
Talk to Tulin and he will accompany you

Walkthrough To Arrival At The Temple

Meet Tulin And The Quest Starts
To use Tulin's ability on Surface, press A near Tulin to get prepared→Press A again to activate it
Use Tulin's skill, take off on the Paraglider to retrieve the stolen Bow
Ascend to the top of the building
Defeat airborne enemies to retake Bow (Fusing Keese Eyeball helps you hit the target）
Retrieve the Bow and defeat the enemies that appear The Bokoblin with Bow drops the Falcon Bow, don't forget to collect it
Aim near the summit of Hebra Mountains
Climb up by relying on the structures on the mountainside Remember to use Ascend
Use Tulin's skills to fly across the cliff and aim for the top. Ignore the enemies.
Climbing up while using Ascend
Unlock the Mayaumekis Shrine, you can go back there if you forgot to buy Cold-Resistant Armor
When you get to Sky, defeat the Constructs scattered all over the place
Break the icicles, jump over them, and then go up with Ascend
Use the flying ship's jump platform to go up
Destroy the cracked Rock with a hammer weapon
Attach falling Balloons and Flame Emitters and move on up Hit Flame Emitter with a weapon to activate it
When you reach Kahatanaum Shrine, you are almost there!
The wind blows counterclockwise around the giant tornado, so you should follow the ship so that the tornado is on your left-hand side
Once you're at the top of the sky and in the eye of the tornado, you'll reach the temple

What To Do When Tulin Is Not Around

Tulin can only accompany you in the areas related to the Temple Quest, and after completing Wind Temple, it is possible to use Tulin's skill as Sage's ability.

Use Travel When You Get Lost With Tulin

If you can't find Tulin in the Temple, try checking if he can reach the area. If you stay in the surrounding vicinity, he may come to you. However, if he still doesn't show up, it's best to return to the temple's center.

What If You Run Out Of Equipment Or Food?

Retreat To The Town Or Village First

Once you arrive at the Temple and have unlocked the Travel Point, you can leave the Temple and return to any Town or Village. Open the map and press the X button to open the world map.
