To get to Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower, head east of Rospro Pass Skyview Tower and climb the mountains. It is a pretty confusing path so you can use the video below as a reference on where to go.
Upon Arriving, You Can Easily Unlock The Bird Tower
No puzzle is required for entering the Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower. Just open the door and access the area to unlock it.
Make Sure To Be Prepared Against Cold Weather
You have to pass by a snowy mountain as you go to Pikida Stonegrove Skyview Tower. It is required for you to prepare for the cold. You can use food with special effects but with Cold Resistance will let you move more freely as you head to the Skyview Tower. If possible, it is recommended that players get a Cold Resistant outfit first.

You can find a treasure box close to the Gutanbac Shrine found at Great Sky Island. It is close to a large stump. You can find it at the ruins east of the Shrine. Connect two crates to be able to climb.
