Prepare At Least Level 2 Or Above

Glow provides a useful effect within the Depths. When exploring areas that are not yet revealed on the map, simply illuminating the surroundings allows you to see if the path is interrupted, preventing sudden cliff falls.

Glow Food Effects

The Effect Of Illuminating The Area Around Link

The Glow effect, as the name suggests, illuminates the area around Link in dark places like the Depths. It serves as a way to brighten the surroundings in the uncharted Depths map, acting as an alternative to Brightbloom Seeds during exploration.

Consider Using It Together With Brightbloom

The Glow effect only brightens the area around you, so it's more practical to use Brightbloom Seeds to light up the path ahead. To save Brightbloom and still benefit from Glow Foods, it's a good idea to eat them together for a more strategic approach.
