How To Get Sensor +
Complete "Presenting: Sensor +!"
Sensor + is obtained from Robbie upon completing the "Presenting: Sensor +!". Please note that in order to trigger the "Presenting: Sensor +!" quest, you need to complete the Hateno Ancient Tech Lab quest in advance.
You Can Buy Pictures
Once you complete the adventure, you can examine Robbie's database, where you can buy pictures. Even if you miss out on enemies that cannot be fought again or rare items, you can still get their pictures for completing the Hyrule Compendium.

You Can Explore What You Specify
Open the map and press the Y button to open the sensor setting screen. "Select from the Compendium" will enable the use of Sensor +.
You Can Only Use It To Search For Registered Objects
Only items that have been registered once can be searched with Sensor +. Note that undiscovered Monsters and Materials cannot be specified.
Can Be Switched On Or Off On The Map
When you open the map and press the Y button, you can turn the Sensor + on and off. It is also possible to switch with the Shrine Sensor, so register what you want to find.
