When you try to enter the Yiga Clan Maritta Branch, then you will be in battle with the Yiga Clan. After you defeat it then you can use Ascend at the location of the picture, then speak to the man and receive the Yiga Tights. Yiga Clan Maritta Branch is located southwest of Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower.
Get All Of The Series, Then You Can Enter Yiga Clan Hideout
When you wear the entire series of the Yiga Clan equipment, then you can enter the Yiga Clan Hideout. When you complete the challenge then you will receive the "Lightning Helm" which will make it ineffective to Lightning.
