Attack Up Effect And Strength
Equipping the full set of Hero Armor increases attack by about 20%. This is the same effect as equipping one piece of the Barbarian or Fierce Deity Armor. Equipping the Barbarian or Fierce Deity Armor is better for increasing your attack.

Lindor Canyon Mine is located in the depth of Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower. The closest is Nabahi-ikat Lightroot so if it is not unlocked yet, then enter Hyrule Ridge Chasm, west of southwest Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower and then go northeast.
How To Get Tunic of Time Back
Available From The Bargainer Statue In Depths

Once the Tunic of Time is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
