Where To Get Tingle's Tights
Complete Side Quest
Tingle's Tights can be received after completing "Misko’s Treasure: Pirate Manuscript". You can stack your Side Quests together.

The quest giver Domidak is located at the entrance of Cephla Lake Cave which is north of Upland Zorana Skyview Tower. You will need 100 Rupees to get the quest.。
Walkthrough Guide
Pay Domidak the Rupees, and select the quest "Misko’s Treasure: Pirate Manuscript".
Go to the cave from the bottom cliff of Cape Cales.
In the back whistle.

The door will open so head to the pirate boat.
Ride the floating slate and use Asend to go inside the boat.
Head to the boat edge where the wooden box is at.
Open the treasure chest behind the wooden box.
How To Get Tingle's Tights Back
Available From The Bargainer Statue In Depths

Once the Tingle's Tights is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
