Equipping the full set of Hero Armor increases attack by about 20%. This is the same effect as equipping one piece of the Barbarian or Fierce Deity Armor. Equipping the Barbarian or Fierce Deity Armor is better for increasing your attack.

Head Up North From Gerudo Mountain Chasm
Gerudo Mountain Chasm is located north of northwest Gerudo Highlands Skyview Tower. There is a distance, but enter the hold and head up north to Cuho Mountain. Look at the Surface Map and head west of Tabantha Frontier. Then you will be able to unlock Sasag Lightroot and Kataki Lightroot so it will be easier to search.
How To Get Tunic of the Wind Back
Available From The Bargainer Statue In Depths

Once the Tunic of the Wind is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
