Dueling Canyons Mine is located in the depths of Dueling Peaks, south of Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower. To go to the mine, head southeast of East Hill Chasm, which is northeast of Sahasra Slope Skyview Tower.
Unlock The Arusakam Lightroot First
If you unlock Arusakam Lightroot first, then the road to the treasure chest will be lit up and it will make it easier to search. Arusakam Lightroot is located under Makasura Shrine in Kakariko Village. Get the Arusakam Lightroot from the ground map, and head there first.

Once the Tunic of the Hero is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
