Use Cooked Food For Recovery

Materials can be eaten without cooking them, but cooking will make them more effective. Once you have enough materials, remember to cook them for later.

Mass Produce Energizing Elixir

In the early stages of the game, when you don't have many Hearts and Stamina, climbing mountains can be a challenge. If you cut the grass to catch a lot of Restless Crickets and use it to mass produce elixirs, it will make it much easier to explore the map.

Combining Wrong Ingredients Will Result To A Failed Dish

Food recipes are determined by type, and if you use only monster-type materials, or combine insects and food, you will end up with Dubious Food. When combining materials, choose materials with careful consideration.
