Penalties / Disadvantages Of Death

If you die, you will be transported back to the last Save Point. However, if you haven't saved recently, you'll be brought back to the Auto-Save point, which means you'll need to redo the events and re-collect the items.

When jumping off a high point, falling toward water can prevent damage. It doesn't matter how far you fall, as long as you land in water, you won't take any damage. if you still have the Stamina Wheel, you can use the Paraglider to decrease your speed.

To avoid danger while taking a break from the game, open Inventory or have Link stay indoors. Don't leave him in the field where enemy attacks or bad weather like lightning may harm him.
