Lookout Landing's Goddess Statue Is Located In The Emergency Shelter

The Goddess Statue in Lookout Landing requires the "Emergency Shelter" to be opened, and this Emergency Shelter will be opened once you obtain the Paraglider in the Main Quest Crisis at Hyrule Castle. If you have completed all the conditions, you can enter the Emergency Shelter by talking to Scorpis at the center of Lookout Landing.

At the Goddess Statue, you can increase Link's Heart Container or Stamina Vessel by offering four Light of Blessing that you receive when you clear the shrines. This will greatly help your exploration, so be proactive in clearing shrines and using the Goddess Statues.

Talk To The Goddess Statue At The Temple Of Time

Interact With The Goddess Statue At The Temple

Talk to the Goddess Statue at the Temple of Time and then the Bargainer Statue will interact with you through the Goddess Statue. After the conversation, you will receive a quest called A Call From The Depths, and upon completing the quest you will receive a Heart Container and Stamina Vessel as a reward.
