Recommended Route
Speak to Eustus and receive Side Adventure "The Hornist's Dramatic Escape".
Like the picture, attach 2 Balloons, Fan, Fire Emitter to the platform with Ultrahand.
Attach the platform you made in 2 to the carriage.
Speak to Eustus and have them ride the carriage.
Activate the Fan and Fire Emitter and escape through the hole.
