Walkthrough
  • Melting the ice that covers Frost Talus.
  • Climbing on top of Frost Talus.
  • Attack the rocks on its back with a blunt weapon to defeat it.

Melt The Ice Covered Frost Talus

Frost Talus is always covered in ice, and merely approaching it will cause you to be frozen. First, make of use fire attacks such as the fire of a fire dragon or by attaching fire gems to a bow to melt the ice. Once the ice has melted and it no longer freezes you upon approaching, you can climb it and easily attack its weak points.

Tips, Tricks and Life Hacks

▲Approaching without melting the ice results in being frozen for several seconds, making it extremely challenging to engage in battle.

Climb Up The Stone Talus And Strike Its Weak Point With Melee Attacks

Since the ice will form again after a certain amount of time, once you melt the ice, quickly climb up the Stone Talus and attack its weak point with melee weapons to quickly defeat it. In general, you should follow the same actions as with a regular Stone Talus, so it's recommended to get familiar with fighting standard Stone Talus first.
