Secluded Coliseum is located north of Rabella Wetlands Skyview Tower and in the depth of Blatchery Plain. If the surrounding area is locked, then enter the Meda Mountain Chasm and unlock the west Yikot Lightroot then it will be a lot easier to go to your destination.

The treasure chest with Ravio's Hood can be found in the middle of Secluded Coliseum. Battle Lizalfos continuously and win to open the treasure chest.

Once the Ravio's Hood is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
