Get From Hebra Headspring Cave

Hebra Headspring Cave is location east northeast of Rospro Pass Skyview Tower. Use the Hebra Plunge or Hebra River as a landmark. Defeat the Ice Keese and drown it underwater to create ice, then use Ultrahand to catch it to create a foot platform to get to the back of the treasure chest.
