Valor Island is located in the northeast of South Lanayru Sky Archipelago. From the sky of Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower, use the paraglider to head northeast is the fastest way. You will need a little more than 2 rounds, so if you don't have enough then use Stamina Elixir.

Examine the object.
Climb through the ring.
When you complete, then the Real Trial.
When you complete going through all the rings within 35 seconds then you will receive a reward.
The first time you participate in the Ceremony of Diving it will be a trial, and the 2nd will be the real performance. To participate in the ceremony, you will need 1 Zonai Charge. For each participation, you will need 1 Zonai Charge so it is recommended to save up before participating.。
