Climbing Gear Effects And Set Bonus
With Climbing Gear, you can increase climbing speed up to 3 levels; the higher the level, the faster you can climb. In addition, if you equip the full set of armor the amount of stamina you lose when climb jumping will be halved.

The North Hyrule Plain Cave is located on the southeast of Lindor's Brow Skyview Tower. When you enter the cave there is a waterfall and inside of it has the room with the treasure chest.
