Gleeok Den is located in the depths of Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower. By defeating the King Gleeok that is flying around the next, then you can open the treasure chest with Cap of Twilight. King Gleeok is a very powerful enemy, so prepare good equipment.
How To Get Cap of Twilight Back
Available From The Bargainer Statue In Depths

Once the Cap of Twilight is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
