Get At Crenel Canyon Mine

Crenel Canyon Mine is located in the depth of Crenel Canyon with is east of Lookout Landing Skyview Tower. It is north of Nojoj Lightroot, so if it is unlocked then go straight there.
If The Roots Aren't Unlocked Then Head From East Hill Chasm
If Nojoj Lightroot is not unlocked, then head from East Hill Chasm which is northeast of Kakariko Village, and head clockwise to Crenel Canyon Mine. Unlock the Arusakam Lightroot/Korom Lightroot/Korakut Lightroot are on the way.
How To Get Trousers of the Sky Back
Available From The Bargainer Statue In Depths

Once the Trousers of the Sky is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
