Get From West Gerudo Underground Ruins

Vah Naboris Divine Helm can be found in the treasure chest at West Gerudo Underground Ruins. Inside the ruins there are a lot of rocks, so Fuse the Bomb Flowers that are around you to your weapons and break them away.
The 1st dead end after entering the ruins, destroy the rocks to your right and progress.
When you see the stairs, head to your left and dig through the rocks.
When you come to the dead end, dig through the rock wall on your right and progress forward.
When you dig through, you will see a route in your left.
When you progress through, you will see rocks again so dig through.
When you keep digging there will be a treasure chest.

Vah Naboris Divine Helm can be gotten from completing the Side Quest given from Riju in Gerudo, "Treasure of the Gerudo Desert". After completing, go to Riju and complete the quest. But you must complete the Lightning Temple or you will not be able to unlock the quest.
