With the Moblin Mask, Moblins will not become hostile and will not attack you. However, they will become hostile if you attack them.

Get from Exchanging With Bubbul Gem

Woodland Stable Location	Visual of Air Balloon

When you speak to Kilton near the Woodland Stable in the left bottom of Eldin Canyon, then it will activate the quest. During the conversation Koltin will appear and you will be able to exchange Bubbul Gem to a Moblin Mask. Kilton is by the air balloon so use that as a landmark.

Items You Can Trade & Numbers Needed

The items that you can trade are in an order. Due to this for you to trade for a Moblin Mask, you will need 3 Bubbul Gems.

How To Get Moblin Mask Back

Available At Cece's Shop In Hateno Village

Moblin Mask can be re-purchased at Cece's Armor Shop in Hateno Village. To buy it, you need to complete the Cece-related Side Adventures, so if you haven't done so yet, finish that first.
