Equip Yiga Armor to increase Stealth up to 3 levels; the higher the level, the better stealth you get. Equip the full set and you will be able to enter the Yiga Clan Hideout and they won't become hostile. In addition, upgrade all parts twice to speed up your movement during the night.

Get From The Mountain Hut On The East Of Mount Hylia

When you try to enter the hut, that is located under the cliff on the east side of Mount Hylia, you will be in battle with the Yiga Clan. After you defeat it then you can enter the hut and speak to the woman and receive the Yiga Mask. Mount Hylia is located east of Gerudo Canyon Skyview Tower.
Get All Of The Series, Then You Can Enter Yiga Clan Hideout
When you wear the entire series of the Yiga Clan equipment, then you can enter the Yiga Clan Hideout. When you complete the challenge then you will receive the "Lightning Helm" which will make it ineffective to Lightning.
