In south region can be caught all day

Char is available after 9 AM in Southern Hemi. I caught one at 9:55 AM.

I caught 2 last night as it rained all night. They seemed to spawn around 2-3:30 am. One was on the 2nd level clifftop river. 2nd char was on the upper clifftop river. No bait. Since it was raining, I fished all night making rounds from ocean to clifftop river.

It took 40 pieces of bait and caught it on the last piece 2nd level right by waterfall.

I can’t find this fish, I’ve caught 3 golden trouts looking for it

I got it within 10 baits

im over 120 baits on the 2nd level river by the water fall. evening time. and and without rain. NOTHING. this **** fish is driving my up the wall lol

Medium sized, like cherry salmon and golden trout. NOT large like black b***.

I’ve caught 5 of my 6 char in the 2nd level river right below the 3rd level waterfall. Try bait there. Good luck!

I’ve caught 3 char, all on 2nd and 3rd level. One between 4pm and 9pm, and two between 4am and 9am. No bait used, but that can speed up the process.

This leads me to believe the 4pm to 9am time is only accurate for the fall months, as I’ve had no luck 9pm to 4am in this game.

I can confirm, that you can catch this fish. Found on lvl. 2 cliff in a pond after like 150 baits

100 bait bags down but still nothing

Same I've been fishing up on my clifftop for a while and haven't gotten it.
