I did the same and when I wanted to get a higher star rating Isabella said the villagers complained about getting lost in all the trees when I asked for island rating feedback

Hmmm...interesting. I may have too many trees then . It just started last week and that's when I started hoarding trees to make a dense wooded area. I will chop some down and see if that helps. Thank you so much!

You need 17 different trees not fruit trees or trees that still have money bags on them 2 will have furniture 5 wasps and 10 coins when shaken any more than 17 trees means some trees will produce nothing
Has anyone ever had their trees stop providing furniture? I'm not quite 2 months into the game and have shaken my trees everyday always getting 1 furniture item. I've not missed any trees lately and 90% of them are unobstructed as I'm slowly still decorating. I'm still getting money and wasps. Any veterans of the game had this happen?
