Silly question....Does any one know how hybrids work? I planted around 70, water them and stuff but i only get around 3 max hybrids from it. I can't put them in the checkerboard pattern. Do i keep watering them until i get more hybrids or what? Welp, I need help!

I have 10 residents. Wade asked to move out and I agreed. Then I checked campsite villager, Brofinna. She said she'd move in and suggested Wade for move-out. I wanted to get rid of someone else, so I re-set without saving and she suggested Wade again. Will she always suggest him? Ie can I tell 2 villagers to go on the same day?
