You can get a diy version of the underwater floor and you can craft it with:
-3 summer shell
-3 coral

I found another one, the underwater floor. It matches with the moving underwater wall. You can get it out of a bottle at the beach or a balloon present.The water moves,you can see it at the rock with the seastar.
