instruments don't necessarily play random notes, if they're close to radio / something that plays music, you can play along to the songs if you time the inputs right

I have gotten all of my instruments so far from either a balloon or diy recipe. This includes marimba, electric guitar, microphone, amp, drum set, bamboo drum, and pan flute.

If you have a device like a tape player playing one of KK's songs in the background, the notes available to play on the instrument will change with the chord progression of the song.

This list helped me a lot, but it is still missing a lot... like the Acoustic Guitar that you get by obtaining the DIY recipe, the Drum Set and the Bamboo Drum.

If you play the instruments near a radio/music player, it will automatically play notes in tune with the song playing. Neat!
