I got a new acnh 2.0 villager without a flaw, through mystery tour I found Sasha

I purchased a copy of the game for myself and my switch lite. We will be resetting the version on the regular switch however there is a villager I want to bring over to my new island first. Am I able to go over to the island and invite them over before the 3 new plots are decided upon?

I have 6 villagers(one isn’t officially in yet), but when I go on a mystery tour no more villagers show up. Where will I get the last 4?!

Har*** someone to get rid of them one beneath me and one at the bottom of you have ten animals you can not get anymore except online players (which you can have eight of).

SOMEONE HELP!
I've made the plots, and somehow, without my doing, I have new resident coming who I didn't invite. I have no idea how this character got here - I didn't see them on the private island. This will be my 8th resident.

To unlock land plots for sale, you must do all of the “What should I do?” quests from Tom Nook. This includes building 3 houses for your first 3 villagers you invite and building a campsite. You should have an upgraded residential services building and a “construction consultation services” counter.

I can't buy land from Tom nook, does anyone know how to?
