Dondozo's high Physical Defense allows it to withstand the damage by being sent out after opposing Physical Attackers. By using [Yawn] after stopping the Attacker, it'd be easy to set up a situation forcing the opponent to choose between switching out or falling asleep, while you're recovering with [Leftovers].
