The Mystery Gift code to obtain Mew was revealed on the August 8 broadcast of Pokemon Presents. IV is random, but note that Pokemon obtained with the code cannot be rerolled. Also, the first move is variable depending on the Tera type.

 | Step 3 Select "Receive via Internet" or "Receive via Code/Password" |
 | Step 4 Select the Gift you want to receive or enter the Code/Password |
 | Step 5 When a Gift is received, it will automatically be saved |
Internet Connection Required
Internet connection is required to receive the Mystery Gifts. However, Nintendo Switch Online (paid service) subscription is NOT required.
Create A Nintendo Account
The user of the game must be linked to a Nintendo Account in order to receive it. It is free, so create one when you connect your Switch to the Internet.
Codes Can Only Be Used Once
Codes for Mystery Gifts can only be used one time per save file. You cannot claim it twice so be careful.
Available After 1~1.5 Hours of Gameplay
According to the Official Website, the Mystery Gift feature will become available after 1~1.5 hours of game play. If you want to receive the gifts, play the game for the amount of hours to be able to receive them.
