Water/Ground/Rock Type Is Recommended
Mela's Pokemon Team are Fire types and you may counter them by using Water/Ground/Rock type moves that can be used to exploit their weak points. Have the advantage in battle by learning their weakness and using it against them.
Pay Attention To Armarouge's Energy Ball
Armarouge uses a Grass type move, Energy Ball. Water/Ground types takes on heavy damage, so use Pokemon with high Speed to avoid this and push through.
Beware Of Ability Drought When Using Water Type
Mela's first Torkoal Ability "Drought" enables it to change the weather to harsh sunlight for five turns. When it is sunny, the power of Water-type moves is halved, so either override the weather or gain special powers with Terastal to compensate for the diminish of its damage power.
