Catch All The 400 Pokemon In The Pokedex
To obtain Shiny Charm, it is necessary to catch all 400 Pokemon in the Paldea region and complete the Pokedex. After the achievement, talk to Jacq in the biology room of the academy and an event will occur to obtain the Shiny Charm.

In addition to the rewards you receive from Jacq, you can receive Pokedex rewards from the Pokedex screen. If you don't get Shiny Charm for Jacq after comping all Pokemon, receive all Pokedex rewards first.
