Espathra is powerful in that it uses the signature move Lumina Crash repeatedly to deal damage while lowering the opponent's Sp.Defense.

Great In Raids In Which Psychic Moves Are Advantageous

FightingPoison
FightingPoison

Lumina Crash is a Psychic move, so we recommend Fighting/Poison type raids where you can target your opponent's weak points with Psychic. On the other hand, Psychic, Dark, and Steel types, which Psychic is weaker are not recommended.

You Can Defeat It With Consecutive Attacks Depending On The Pokemon

Psychic moves can be used to exploit the weaknesses of opponents and in the case of an enemy Pokemon with low Sp. Defense, consecutive Lumina Crash attacks can be used to quickly finish the battle. Depending on the raid, it may be easier to just use this move consecutively.

Best Pokemon For Tera Raid Battles & Raid Tips

Skill Swap can be used against Mirror Armor

By learning Skill Swap, it can deal with Mirror Armor, which does not work with the additional effect of Lumina Crash, and Defiant and Competitive, whose power increase by lowering Sp. Defense. But note that Annihilape and Kingambit may take advantage of this weakness.

As a Special Attacker, it is recommended to maximize firepower, so distribute all of the resources to Sp. Attack. In order to increase durability and make it harder to get knocked down, distribute to HP and the rest to Speed. Another option is add a little extra to Speed to some extent to make it easier to get the first move.

Use Items To Increase Effort Value

The fastest way is to use the above items to change its value if you can afford it. Although a total of about 500,000 Poke Dollars is required, it is a very fast way to raise your EVs.
