Required Ride Abilities To Unseal Stakes

To reach certain stakes and sealed locations, there are certain Legendary Rides abilities that are needed. First you must defeat the certain Titan Pokemons for you to learn those abilities.

Defeated Lesser Legendary Pokemon Will Respawn

If a Lesser Legendary Pokemon is accidentally defeated, it will respawn the other day; it will also be resurrected if the Switch itself is adjusted by changing the time, advancing a day, so you can change the time you don't like to wait for the next day.

Stakes are the key to open up the Sealed Locations on the map. Once you pull out the colored stakes, each color will seal a specific Legendary Pokemon. Since the stakes do not show up on the map, you need to find them yourself.

After pulling out the stake, Go to the Sealed Place

Head to the sealed area after removing Stake.

Each Sealed Place has a certain colored Stake to open it. Once unlocked you may battle against a specific Legendary Pokemon. There is no qualifications to battle against them. Learn more about the Stakes in History Class.
