Vitamins besides the PP Max can be purchased from the Chansey Supply Shop. Status increasing items can be purchased once you earn 3 badges or more, while PP Up can only be purchased by clearing the game. Each one costs 10,000 Pokedollars so prepare enough money to buy them.

Get From Pokeballs On The Map That Glows Red

You can also get Vitamins from the overworld as you explore Paldea. It is glowing in red. You can use the map above to as reference when farming.

Get At The Auction In Porto Marinada

After clearing the Gym Test at the Cascarrafa Gym, Vitamins will start to become part of the auction in the center of Porto Marinada. Sometime more than one Vitamin will be up for auction, but it's easier to just buy it from the Chansey Supply Shop.

Clear The Academy Ace Tournament

Both the PP Up and the PP Max are available as rewards from the Academy Ace Tournament. It is recommended to take on this challenge since it also gives you money.

Vitamin - Effects & Uses

Used To Increase A Pokemon's Effort Value

Vitamins are items that can increase the Effort Value of a status by 10. Although it's expensive to buy, it's very useful to those who want to increase the Effort Value of their Pokemon. This makes it easier to increase stats instead of having to fight Pokemon.

Affects Friendship When Used

Using Vitamins before battle can increase the friendship of the Pokemon that consumed it.

Will Require 26 Per Stat To Max

Effort Value is maxed out to 252 per status, and Pokemon can only have 510 for their overall Effort Value. 26 Vitamins are needed to raise a stat to the maximum value.

Since 53 Vitamin is required to max a Pokemon's total stat, it will require 530,000 Pokedollars!
