A Skeledirge used for Raids, uses its Personal Special Move [Torch Song] and raises its SP. ATK while attacking. It is a Fire type Special Attacker. By using its Hidden Ability Unaware it can ignore its opponent's Status and be stable throughout battle.

Use Against Raids That Are Weak Against Fire Type

GrassBugSteel
GrassBugSteel

Since Torch Song is a Fire type move, you want to bring to Raids that are weak against Fire types. Even against Ice types, it is not as strong as Fighting types, but it is very effective.

How To Reroll/Train Skeledirge

Procedure Guide
  1. Breed Fuecoco or Trade to get it
└ If you want to save money, you would want to Reroll
  2. Use Ability Patch and change ability to Unaware
  3. Use Mints and change Nature to Modest
  4. Increase Effort Value
  5. Increase Level to 100
  6. Use Bottle Caps to Max IVs
  1. Breed Fuecoco or Trade to get it
  2. You can not get Fuecoc in the Wild which is the pre-evolve of Skeledirge. If you have chosen Fuecoco as your Starter Pokemon, you may breed, but if you have not, you need to trade with someone on the Trading Board.

If You Want To Save Money, You Would Want To Capture By Reroll

Once you have a Skeledirge set up, you would want to use items to increase its Effort Values. With each item, you will need to use money, so if you want to save a little bit of money, you would want to do some reroll till you get what you need.

When you use the Ability Patch, you can change your Ability to the Hidden Ability Unaware. If you do not have the Ability Patch, you can get it as a reward in a 6 Star Raid. If you get a Hidden Ability Fuecoco from an exchange you do not need this item.

  5. Use Mints and change Nature to Modest
  6. ItemEffect / How To Get
Modest Mint IconModest Mint・Change the Nature to Modest
    ・Nature itself remains the same
Purchase at the Chansey Supply Shop for $ 20,000

You can change the Nature to Adamant using the corresponding Mint for it. If you do not have one, get it from the Chansey Supply Shop in Mesagoza or other areas for $ 20,000. If the original Nature is Modest, there is no need to use Mints.

  7. Increase Effort Value
  8. HPSP. ATKSPD
    2522526

To strengthen Skeledirge's Attacker Power, you would wanto distribute 252 to its SP. ATK, and to have DEF as well so it is recommended to distribute 252 to HP. The left over 6 you can use on SPD (The Stats does not change after distributing 4, so 4 is also OK)

If You Have Money To Spare, Buy Items and Strengthen Quickly

If you have money to spare, you can buy a lot of items to increase your EV in a very fast speed. But each one does cost $ 10000 and for each stats you need 26, and so in total you would need about 50 ($ 500000).

If You Want To Save Money, Battle Wild Pokemon

How To Use For Raids

Procedure Guide
  1. Make it hold Metronome
  2. If your opponent is a Physical Attacker, Use Will-O-Wisp on first turn
  3. Then consecutively use Torch Song
  1. Make it hold Metronome
  2. ItemEffect
Metronome iconMetronomeWhen holding it, when you use the same move consecutively, you power increases by 20% (Max to 100%). When you use a different move, it will reset.

You will not use other moves than Torch Song, so your item Metronome is recommended than the Choice Specs because it is more powerful.

    Other Options Are Throat Spray

When you give it Throat Spray, when you use Torch Song, it will raise your SP. ATK by 1 level. It is weaker than the Metronome, but it is an advantage that you can use any moves at any time. This way you can adjust to your opponent's moves.

  3. If your opponent is a Physical Attacker, Use Will-O-Wisp on first turn
  4. If the opponent's Pokemon is a Physical Attacker, you want to burn them with Will-O-Wisp and weaken their attack moves. On each turn they will be burned and take damage, so you want to use this Move on your first turn.

  5. Then consecutively use Torch Song
  6. Consecutively use Torch Song, and attack while raising your SP. ATK. During the process, your status up might be canceled but do not worry and keep attacking with Torch Song.

In section 6 "Max IV with Bottle Caps", you typed "raise the Individual Value to the highest except for the Sp. ATK", yet Skeledirge is a special attacker, so that sentence makes no sense. It seems you meant to type "...except for the ATK".
