Touch Tera Raid Crystals

Defeat Or Catch Glowing Pokemon
If you defeat or catch glowing wild Pokemon, you can obtain large amounts of LP. Glowing Wild Pokemon uses Terastal from the start. Also some Pokemon are High Level and/or evolved so be careful when fighting. To catch them, attack until Terastal disappears.▶Terastal Guide - What Is & How To Terastallize

Trade Extra Dropped Items
Dropped Items obtained in battles with Pokemon and in Raid Battles can be exchanged for LP at the TM Machine. However, Dropped Items are resources used for TM, so trade only the extras.

Dropped Item "Gimmighoul Coins" are collected until 999 and used to evolve Gimmighoul. It requires a alot of Gimmighoul Coins so do not to use it to trade with LP.▶Gimmighoul Coins Farm Guide - Location & Map
