Ground Type Is Recommended
Atticus' Pokemon Team are all Poison-type, which you can counter with Ground type moves to exploit their weak points. Have the advantage in battle by learning their weakness and using it consistently against them.
Psychic Type Is Also An Option
Psychic-type moves are also effective against Muk, Dragalge, and Toxapex. You need to be careful against their Poison-type moves but if your level is high enough you may get your way around them.
Poison And Steel Types Can Nullify The Poison State
Poison and Steel types negate the effects of the Poison State. It is a good idea to be prepared against them if you are concerned about abnormalities in a long battle.
